7th Grade Immunization Requirement
All students entering 7th grade must have received a Tdap booster on or after 10 years of age or have an exemption form on file before the first day of school. If you need an appointment with a provider, schedule it now; wait times can be lengthy. If your student needs a sports physical, your provider may be able to give the Tdap booster at the same time. Check with your local pharmacy as they may also be able to administer immunizations. Call your school office or school nurse with any questions.
